About The Game
The plot is set in a fictional history of real-world events and follows the centuries-old struggle between the Assassins and templars.
The main story follows Ezio in 16th-century Constantinople as he attempts to unlock the secret vault of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad using disk-like artefacts containing the latter's memories.
Altaïr is also playable in flashback sequence set in the 12th and 13th-century Masyaf set both before and after the events of the first game.
